In the owners words:
We waited for this specific plot for over 18mths as it is in a prime location on Bure Park, and arguably one of the best plots. Close to the Ring Road, shops, pub, primary school and nature reserve yet with a high degree of privacy and a SW facing rear garden that gets the sun throughout most of the day, on one of the largest corner plots. Bure Park remains an extremely popular estate due to the generous spacing of plots, pleasant landscaping of green spaces and play areas, and amenities such as the Coop, Bure Farm Pub and an excellent Chinese takeaway and fish & chip shop.
“Giverny” has been an excellent family home, where the children could play safely outside as they grew up. No-one overlooks the house at either the front or back and all the neighbours look out for one another/will help if you’re stuck and it’s a very safe area.
The house was originally built by Redrow to a high standard of finish with an open fireplace in the lounge, sunny established gardens and offers huge amounts of storage space both within the house, and in the detached double garage. We have owned the house from new and been extremely happy with the spacious accommodation for 24 years. Yet as the grandparents are approaching their 80’s we feel that we cannot delay the decision any longer to move closer to them
